On November 11, 2022, Wuling Motors and KFC announced the creation of a series of themed events called "Sunday Crazy Competition, Surprise Big Drop" to jointly create MINIEV fast food trucks. Wuling LING HOUSE transformed into "KFC Store" and made a special appearance, while KFC Store transformed into "Wuling Store".
On January 30, 2023, the Wuling Hongguang MINIEV won the global sales championship for small pure electric vehicles in 2022 with a total sales volume of 554000 units, reaching 1.11 million units.
In 2023, the Hongguang MINIEV series models were launched in Vietnam and Thailand, officially embarking on a global journey. Hongguang MINIEV is working together globally to activate the vitality of the Southeast Asian market and showcase China's new energy vehicle strength to the world.
